The Shamer's Daughter (Shamer Chronicles)

The Shamer's Daughter - Lene Kaaberbøl I read this book long ago in Danish. My sister borrowed it fron the school library, and I picked it up because I had nothing better to do. Good thing I did. This book captures you from the first page, it has a very unuasual beginning that gives us insight into Dina's character, without telling too much. Dina's family is easy to love (all characters are, actually). The next thing I loved was the shamer-abilities, and the interesting plot. This is a book every fantasy-lover should read ... definitely!
